Dr. Laura was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. She has practiced in Texas and California where she spent 15 years as an instructor and director for an accredited veterinary technologist program.

Dr. Laura moved back to Illinois to stay in 2018, and has been part of the Peotone family since Spring 2020.

She lives with her boyfriend, Jay, her 3 cats and 2 chihuahuas.
